Deploy an Astro site from GitHub or GitLab. Static output is served from a global edge with HTTPS. With output: "server" and the Node adapter, Lahyer runs it as a Node.js server.

Your first deploy

Three steps
to a live URL.

Connect the repository.

Import it from GitHub or GitLab and choose the branch that should go live.

Choose static or server.

Static output needs nothing extra. For server rendering, add @astrojs/node in standalone mode and set output: "server".

Push and ship.

Each push deploys, pull requests get preview URLs, and earlier deployments stay available for a rollback.

A few useful answers

Before you begin.

Which adapter do I need for server rendering?

The Node adapter, @astrojs/node, in standalone mode, with output: "server". Lahyer starts the server it builds. Without the adapter, keep static output.

Will a static Astro site sleep on the free plan?

No. Static files are served without a running server, so there is no cold start on any plan.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or buy one in Lahyer. HTTPS is managed for you once the domain is verified.
