Your first chapter
For portfolios, experiments, and ideas worth trying.
Lahyer is an AI-powered developer cloud. It builds and hosts your applications, manages deployments and domains, provides Postgres databases, and helps explain problems with your builds and logs. Studio can also turn an app description into code with a running preview.
02Can I bring an existing GitHub or GitLab project?
Yes. Connect your repository, choose a branch, and let Lahyer detect the framework and build settings. You can override those settings. Uploading a project archive and deploying with the CLI are also supported.
03Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. Free includes five projects, 500 monthly build minutes, 100 GB of monthly data out, a 1 GB Postgres database, and allowances for Studio and Lahyer AI. It is not a time-limited trial.
04Can I pay in NGN?
Yes. Pro is available in NGN or USD with monthly or yearly billing. NGN checkout supports Paystack and bank transfer. USD checkout supports cards, crypto, and bank transfer. KES, ZAR, GHS, and EGP displays are estimates of the USD price. Domain purchases and additional Studio credits are separate.
05Where will my application run?
Application servers run in Africa. A global edge network delivers content to visitors around the world. Response times depend on the application, the visitor, and the network. Free server apps sleep when idle and can have a cold start.
06What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Your workspace shows its usage and allowances. Build limits stop additional builds, and traffic limits can pause serving until the next monthly allowance or an upgrade. You can review the limits before choosing a plan.
07Do I own the code I build with Studio?
You can export Studio projects to GitHub or GitLab and continue with your own development tools. You can also publish directly to Lahyer. Your project is not confined to a visual editor.
